1. Introduction

By registering for the ArcanumAffiliate Affiliate Program, and by accessing and using any of our marketing tools or accepting any reward, bonus or commission, you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the Affiliate Agreement.

2. Affiliate Obligations

To become a member of our Affiliate Program you must accept these terms and conditions. We will, at our sole discretion, determine whether or not to accept an Affiliate Application.

• Compliance: You shall at all times comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
• Marketing: You agree to actively advertise, market and promote our partner brands in accordance with our instructions. You will not use spam, incentivized traffic, or any method that harms the reputation of the brands.
• Age Restriction: You shall ensure that the players referred by you are of the legal age of majority to participate in gambling services.

3. Commissions & Payments

Subject to your adherence to this agreement, you will earn commissions based on the Commission Structure (CPA, Revenue Share, or Hybrid) agreed upon in your dashboard.

• Payments are calculated monthly. Minimum payout thresholds apply as displayed in your dashboard.
• We reserve the right to withhold payments for players who are deemed fraudulent or breach the partner casino's rules (e.g., multi-accounting).

4. Fraud & Anti-Spam Policy

Any form of fraud, including but not limited to self-referrals, fake accounts, or incentivized deposits, will result in immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of all pending commissions.

5. Termination

We may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, immediately upon written notice. You may also terminate this agreement at any time by contacting your affiliate manager.

6. Changes to the Agreement

We may periodically make modifications to this Agreement. Your continued use of the Affiliate Program will constitute your consent to the updated Agreement.
